We have a pretty straightforward return policy.
We accept returns on most items and will refund the cost of goods (excluding shipping costs) if received in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Because the majority of our products are created exclusively for you - made on demand - and aren't re-sellable, we kindly ask that you take extra care when ordering to double-check sizing charts and making sure you’ve ordered the correct size.
Of course if there’s anything wrong with the quality of the product, the design or with delivery, drop us an email (hello@casacatnip) within 30 days and we’ll get right back to you to resolve any issues.
To keep everything super-simple and streamlined we don’t offer exchanges. If you're not happy with your product, please return it to us using the process outlined above, and then if you wish, place a new order.
