Shipping
We work with really efficient partners, but as all goods are custom made or custom printed, fulfillment (making/printing) may take between 5-7 business days. Shipping times are calculated on top of that and Domestic and International will vary.
So based on standard shipping you might expect to receive your goods between 10-14 business days after ordering.
Of course we always try and speed up delivery times as much as possible and your goods may arrive sooner - custom shoes for instance, are automatically shipped via expedited DHL or Fedex delivery - but we do want to set realistic expectations :)

USA: Flat Rates for Standard Delivery 3-5 business days after fulfillment
- International: Flat Rates for Standard Delivery 10-15 days after fulfillment
- Your Items may arrive in separate packages and times, as they may be shipped from different facilities.

Customs varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but in a nutshell, it’s the agency or authority that sets and collects customs duties, as well as keeps an eye on the flow of goods in and out of the country.
Customs and import duties are applied once merchandise reaches its country of destination and are payable by the customer. We can neither predict nor control this I'm afraid.
